That 'in' changes it to(rough transl) 'of all the world.' I know it doesn't translate well-- 'in the world' is more of a English language thing. Also, Soldier's last panel would flow a little better if you changed 'everybody' to 'everyone'-- That way, it has a stressed-unstressed beat, something like trochaic trimeter.
