And if he doesn't have a knife. Or a jar of piss." Grammatically, the 'if' in the second fragment should refer to an 'if' in the first-- which is nonexistent. A better version would be "And doesn't have a knife." Because the subject 'he' has already been pointed out, the audience knows 'who,' and it's ok for asyndeton.txtlimit
